LSU very well could have won maybe seven (7) national titles if the baseball team could have stayed hot in the CWS a couple weeks ago and the women wouldn't have choked in the Final Four. They also just barely missed out on the Men's Outdoor Title. And both the women and men had a shot at the indoor titles.

And the men's tennis team made it to the NCAA tournament. Overall the athlete department had a good year.

I forgot about gymnastics. They finished 5th in the nation.

Shoulda! Woulda! Coulda!

Shoulda? But LSU has 2 championships and were competitive in other sports. The Hogs have zero. Now that's a real shoulda.

You must be smoking. The Hogs have a National title in Football, Basketball and several in Track and Field. Now what! And we spanked yall a$$ last year, lol!

Umm... I was talking about this year. Not championships won 40 years ago. I guess that's hard for a hog fan to realize that you can win more than 1 championship in a year. And I'll take a loss to those simps any day if the end result is a national championship.

Dude, once again I have to say that we are talking about national championships this year. That is what the article was about. Not the history of a program. But since you want to go there. LSU is right up there with Arkansas for track and field national championships. Do your research. BTW, Arkansas has the most championships for MENS track and field.
