Can't wait for the album to come out.
some good stuff right here. Should be a hot CD when it hit the streets. Any guess on the 1st week sales??? 500k? 800k? 1M?
This is going to be the best recorded album sale of the year. He's going to BEAT Lil Wayne out, just off the hype of the federal case he just came off.
My baby is about to BLOW UP AGAIN. I can't wait until September 9th, I will be in BB picking this up!
I think he will definitely sell over 500k but I don't know if he can do the mil that wayne put up.
What? I can't believe you don't believe TIP can do "A Milli" like Wayne. Well we'll just have to wait until September 9th, but I am positive ATL is going to show up in flocks to support as well as others. I think he'll do a mil easy in the first week sales!
I think TIP will do well but a mil is hard to reach. Even with all that Kanye and 50 hype neither got to a mil the first week.
Yeah, "a mil" in the 1st week is astronomical...most folks are lucky to see Gold in the 1st month. I have a question, what did T.I. do number's wise on his T.I. vs TIP album in the 1st week? That will give us a gauge of what to expect.
T.I. vs. T.I.P. is the fifth studio album released by Atlanta rapper T.I. The album was released on July 3, 2007. In the first week of sales, the album went nearly gold, selling 468,000.[1] The album received mostly lukewarm reviews. However, it was nominated for a Grammy.
But I don't think we can gauge it off of this album sales, because many thought TI was crazy for talking to himself in this album. I thought it was genious, but hey, I love TI and TIP!
T.I. needs a good cross-over single if he wants to approach that mil in the first week. Something that the MTV crowd is going to like.
It's possible for the simple fact he's "on lockdown" for the moment. That alone should be good for 400k units easy. I'll predict that he goes a lil short of 1M the first week, say 750k.
I can agree with around 750k.
I am with u, I can see him getting 750K in one week.
